We are a family owned and run company with over 25 years experience in providing quality student accommodation.
As private landlords rather than estate agents, we can ensure that every aspect of your stay with us is as stress free and comfortable as possible.
We have our own dedicated maintenance team who are always on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.
We also provide an emergency call out service during evenings and weekends should the unexpected happen.

DirectorWith more than 20 years helping students find the right accommodation, Rachel is your go-to for any questions you might have. She’s the voice on the end of the phone and as well as being a mummy she’s also a qualified ski instructor!

DirectorAuthor, inventor and entrepreneur... and now a qualified sparky! Adam is responsible for driving strategic opportunities within Coeden Helyg and is always keen to hear your thoughts and ideas.

MaintenanceSpencer aka 'Spence' is a qualified carpenter and joiner and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He’s been with us for more than 15 years and we all think he’s pretty fabulous!
